BCBA Supervision
We believe in culturally-relevant, sustainable supervision:
- our supervision is personal, applicable, useful, essential
- our experiences working internationally gives us a unique perspective that sets us a part
Effective Supervision encompasses:
- behavioural skills training and performance feedback
- technical, professional, and ethical behaviour is modeled
- guidance on behavioural case conceptualization, problem-solving, and decision-making is provided
- written materials (e.g., data sheets, reports, behaviour programs), are reviewed and evaluated
- oversight and evaluation of the effects of behavioural services delivery
- ongoing evaluation of the effects of supervision
Our goal is for you to become a better clinician and to have the technical understanding to successful complete the BACB exam.
